It’s common for athletes to clip hurdles and get injured. But it is now possible to avoid all of that. A coach recently shared a snippet of the foam hurdle toppers used in athlete trainings. They can prevent injuries that occur from impact. But the elevated hurdle height due to these can also lead to a lot more hits and hinder speed. So is it a smart move or not? That might be debatable!
