Team Netherlands star, Lara Baars delivered an exceptional performance at the World Para Athletics Championships today. She broke the women’s F40 class Shot Put world record not once, but twice in a day! She first threw 9.41m on her third attempt and then improved that by a huge margin, clearing 9.77m on her final throw! Watch her throw in the post below...
