Sydney has landed in Tokyo and she has already started doubling down on her training. This will be her first World Championships competing in a different distance than the 400m Hurdles. And looks like she's ready to take the challenge head-on!

Not just Sydney, even Grant Holloway was spotted training in Tokyo. He was particularly seen working on his start. However, that's where the discussion broke out. Fans were quick to point out that his starts have never been the issue. “He’s always had the fastest start,” one comment read. “It’s hurdles 9 and 10," where he loses ground.
