Remember Habtom Samuel? He’s the same athlete who lost a shoe halfway through the NCAA 10K and still finished second in the race in 2024. Well, this season, he is just continuing the win streak. Last month, he won the men's 8K at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational and set a meet record. And now, he has won the Mountain Regional title too, by 20 seconds, clocking 29:45.3. His mindset and journey are both truly inspirational!
