In case you missed this from Day 5, here's a major highlight. After settling for bronze in the 100m, Noah Lyles was back on track earlier today for round 1 of the 200m in Tokyo. He cruised through his heat with a smooth 19.99s to secure a spot in the semis. Americans Kenny Bednarek and Courtney Lindsey also advanced, while Robert Gregory unfortunately bowed out in the heats.
