If you happened to miss this race earlier today, here’s a recap. Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone didn’t just light up the National Stadium, she stunned the entire track world. She became the first woman in over 40 years to break the 48-second barrier in the 400m. And her reaction after? Absolutely priceless. Watch the race that made her the World Champion below…

Men’s 200m Final; 9:06 a.m. ET

Today is the day when the track world finally gets the answer to this: will Noah Lyles successfully defend his 200m crown? Right now, he’s our top pick. After all, he looked unstoppable in the semis earlier today with his 19.51s world lead. Right on his heels, though, we think Bryan Levell would be good enough for silver. And finally, we’re putting Olympic champ Letsile Tebogo in for third. Let’s be honest, Levell beat him in the semis and Noah has defeated him twice this year, at the Monaco and the Zurich DLs.
