As you read above, Noah Lyles just got some unusual advice to change his look. From his hair to his watch, the idea is to help him shave off some time on the track. So tell us,

Justin Gatlin just dropped a new video from the track, and looking at that, we can say, he looks locked in. Not too long ago, he had picked up a bad calf injury while training for a 400m, but clearly, the veteran is now back on his feet. But, a question to think about is, what is he training for? Street races, Masters, or something else? Well, there's no confirmation yet. But for now, just watch a sprinting great make his return on the track...
